holas! yo tambien uso clean & clear es muy efectivo! bueno mi consejo es el siguiente:

no puedes dormir con ella. ya que los poros nesecitan respirar y si lo tapas con algun producto d estos ocacionaras mas acne! lo mas recomendable q antes d que t vallas a dormir t labes la cara con los productos... creo q el unico q t puedes dejar para dormier es el gel invisible.

la forma en q se utiliza es primero el limpiador, luego el astrigente, y d ultimo el gel hidratante...

es muy bueno yo los estoy usando desde hace un mes y ni un mendigo grano m,e ha salido... el que telgo viene con un jabon exfoliante, una crema para exfoliar, un astringente y una crema suevizante y refrescante y lo uso de la sigiente manera:

paso 1. jabon: lavarte la cara con el durante 1 minuto. secarte la cara suevemente.

paso 2. crema exfoliante. despues de lavarte la cara aplicar la crem,a exfoliante en todo el rostro dando masajes circulares durante un minuto.

paso. 3. secarte bien el rostro y aplicar el astringente con un algodon en toda la cara.

paso. 4. ponerte la crema refrescante para relajar tu cara y listo.

NOTA. te lo recomiendo que lo hagas 2 veces al dia... en la mañana al levantarte, y antes de irte a dormir...
