after i do like 50 crunches my stomache sorta hurts; what does that mean? its working and im acutally on my way to a flat tummy or what?
Update:not pain like that kills but like is it possible to feel pain because of doing to many crunches?

When you do the crunches you might have pulled a muscle or erupted something in your abdomin if it hurts really bad you need to go to the doctor asap.
hopefully you didn't just start out with 50 crunches. If your body isn't used to it, you can hurt yourself pretty bad. You need to start out with 10 or 20 and gradually work your way up to 30,40,50 etc., even if you just do a few a day, that helps both the abdominal muscles, as well as shrinking your waist.
