ok im 16 shes 18. she stays at our house over night at least once a week. i cook every time she is over and she looks beautiful. we talk but when we do my sister is always hanging around. how can i let her know im interested in her without saying anything and flirt with her without getting my sister to know about it.

I'm sure you can tell her that you are interested. Just wait for your sister to step out of the room like go to the bathroom or your parents will call you to ask her a question and she step out of the room. But I rather risk my pride and be bold and ask her in front of your sister because that is what girls prefer.
I would not suggest you to go for it without your sisters consent as this may so happen that your sister loses a good friend for ever and in turn starts misunderstanding you.Now she comes at your place because she trusts the entire family and feels secured from all angles for which she stays overnight as well,one wrong step from your end may cause havoc in the family.
