Cute outfit for Valentines day?

My boyfriend and I are going out to eat on Valentine's day, probably Bertucci's in our mall. I want to look pretty so can someone help me pick out something? I shop at Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, H&M, Hollister, American Eagle, stores like that. I'm a small in shirts, and skirts, and a 3 in jeans! Also an 8 in shoes. I'm 16 if that helps also! I need a complete outfit thanks :)

I think that dark skinny jeans would be ok, since he won't see your pants/skirt as much, but for the top I would just say something that's a bit prettier than the average American eagle or aero tee shirt. Probably a long sleeve shirt of some kind. Gangly earrings and sparkly shoes would be pretty too.

Okay, so when you're sat at a table, what can he see? Your torso right? So make your top-half look extra pretty with flattering colours and details, and don't bother going for special skirts/trousers, he's not going to see that! Obviously i don't mean completely forget about it and wear like tracksuit bottoms, but just don't focus on it.

So:

A pretty top

Cardigan or jacket if you need it

Heels or ballet pumps
