Dark circles under eyes when Pregnant? Normal?
Is it normal to get dark circles under your eyes when pregnant? This is my first pregnancy & I'm 13 weeks. I just started getting dark circles under my eyes & I'm worried that I might be low on some sort of vitamin/mineral? I have been getting plenty of sleep (at least 8 hours at night), I even take naps during the day. I never have dark circles. Is that normal? if not, what vitamin/mineral am I low on? Should I see a doctor to test for anything?

Ask Dr to check your iron levels. In the meantime foods high in iron won't hurt.....try spinach. If your stool comes out dark( even black) after eating don't panic. It's the iron.
