Water is a liquid. The main function of water int he body is it help digestion and carrier for all the essentials to each every cell of the body. It will help in digestion and could be digested which will come out as urine, sweat carrying all the wast & in-digestive items. We could live for more than 40 days with out food but could not live more than 4/5 days with out water. It is as essential as air for living of all beings.
