im on a diet and i cant have sugar, wheat, milk and i want to make a desert, but i cant find anything that i can have while im still on the diet. any ideas? also if you have any dinner or lunch ideas im open to those 2. i can have chicken, fruit, veggies, fish that's about it some other stuff to but that's the main stuff.

You can get diet jellies(jello) and other diet desserts from groups like Weight Watchers etc.
Make fruit smoothies, a fruit salad, yogurt with fruit, or pureed fruit sherbet.
variety of chopped fresh fruit like raspberries, blueberries, diced mango.
Mix it up so you don't get bored. Add chopped fresh mint or cinnamon splash of lemon and/or lime juice. Fruit smooties made at home with ice and no yogurt use ice/juice or water.
