Desperate for an apartment in Ashland KY!!!!?
I am a nurse at KDMC and am in desperate need of an aparment in Ashland KY must be pet friendly and big enough for me my husband and our medium sized dog, dog and husband are well behaved haha. No lease, utilities included a big big plus. Please if you have or know of anything let me know I have look everywhere I can think of an nowhere allows pets!!
Update:Would love to buy a house but we have no credit which is worse than bad and no down payment so we have no chance of that. Thanks tho.

Lordy, lordy...why rent? You can buy a single family house in Kentucky for a song.
Dismiss the hullabaloo about bad real estate loans we all see on the TV news. If you have bad credit or little down payment, look for FSBOs (For Sale By Owner), and make your purchase without a bank.
After you buy the house, you and your husband can decide if you want to allow pets.
