So my laptop is stuck in customs. I've called Dell and Fedex several times and they say there is nothing they can do until it clears.

However, my 4 digit zip extension appears to be added onto a string of my 5 digit zip without a - to break them. On my ordering information it reads as 9xxxx2955 as a 9 digit number.

Now I'm curious if customs is not clearing my package because of this 9 digit non existent zip and if they are able to figure out a zip code starts with 5 letters, or because technically if this is written on the box it is incorrectly labeled and could be back shipped to china.

I'm not really sure why they would tack my extension on as one long number, has anyone ever had this issue?
