She puts one up about every other day but there are so many you could work out ever day if you want. You should workout at least once every other day and make sure it's intense because that is what's going to lose the weight. Jogging for an hour won't do anything. But working really hard and sweating crazy for 10-30 min will work better. This site also has food you should eat and all kinds of stuff. Remember, you don't need fancy pills or fancy equipment. You just need to actually do the work.

1/ You need to clean up and control your nutrition. It's not only what you eat but when you eat it.
2/ You must do resistance training at the gym or using your own body weight
3/ Cardio is important. Do not do long boring traditional cardio, but instead go for short (30-40 mins) cardio, intervals and sprints.
