well the itouch only works on the internet when wifi is availible the phone works whenever there is service. itouch doesn't have a camera which means no video or picture capabilities. jailbreak apps and regular apps are limitied. basically the iphone is way way better cause its all in one. you don't have to carry an itouch and a phone just the iphone its rockin and with the iphone 3gs there are such awesome cababilities that will come out with the new software updates coming up!
