The straps will fit. I used to sell Piano accordion straps for the diatonic accordion. The musician found them much more comfortable on the back and shoulders because they are more padded combared to the narrow straps on diatonic accordions.

they are hard to price, they don't really go up in value like guitars do. I'm just guessing $200-300? Could be a little more.
