I just don't seem to 'fit in' with people.
I'm thirteen (year 8) I have friends and that its just I don't seem to have anyone I 'click' with.
I mean i'm quite individual, I listen to different music, people think i'm 'weird' cause I listen to songs from the 90's (e.g, Nirvana, the cure etc) and indie bands.
I have my own style and don't like to follow what everyone else wears.
but the majority of people in my year just follow trends, the girls listen to justin bieber etc and all wear brands like hollister and abercrombie.
Some just think they're so amazing and so important because they're pretty and boys love them when most of them are just total airheads.
I don't have real trouble at school or anything, but I know of no one with the same intrests as me.
I mean, How can I find someone who i'll really get along with?

Yes it gets a lot better as you get into high school and college. When you are in high school you are hardly ever going to be seeing the people that you went to middle school with because there is so many people in high school from 9th grade to 12th so you may be seeing a lot of people that you don't know. You will make loads of friends that have the same interests as you as you get into high school. Everyone has their own things that they like and you shouldn't feel the need to be something that your not to have people accept you, you will have people accept you just the way you are. It is well worth it and once you get into high school you will see how much of a change there is. There's all types of people out there but don't be afraid to talk to people in your class, the more you talk the more you get friends. You only have 1 year left, it will all be over soon. I wish you the best, good luck.
I'm in the same boat, Year 8, surrounded by jerks for the next 3 years. *sigh*
Thankfully, I have friends in other classes. (Not many, but it's quality, not quantity!)
Who cares about them? They're not worth your time or your thoughts.
This is so cliché, but go to a club or something. Be polite as you can to people and say 'hi' to anyone that you know. Ask them how they are. 5 minutes of talking with them and then move on to someone else.
Works like a charm.
No, school does not get better. When you're out of school, that's like... The BEST moment of your life.
u don't always have to be friends with people who have the same interests.
