I recently purchased a Toshiba DR430 from Walmart and have been having some problems. First: When I record a program and play it on my computer (Works fine on my TV.), the recording is fast. The sound is normal but the picture moves fast. Like it's fast forwarding even though it's not. Second: When I record it shows streaks going across the screen. Third: The picture is a little blurred. Like looking through fogged glass. I tried using AV and S-Video cords, both looked the same. I'm using Memorex DVD+RW DVDs to record.
