Just do what I do. Apply lotion with shimmer it in to your lids. Then apply eyeliner.

more like shimmer, i think you mean? revlon works great for me, stays on all day, and give that shimmer you're looking for... with a price of $1-$4 at my local drugstore. go for it!

sparkles only hurt your eyes if they are loose sparkles, these aren't, they are in a gel which makes it eyeliner not just some glitter

dude omg dont even try it! just put on regular eyeliner, it can damage your eyes, so maybe just put a shimmery eyeshadow, but please dont do it
