I helped my friend to phone up to NEXT today due to his voucher is not working, when i phoned them up, I purposed I was the one using the voucher, I said 'I tried to use the voucher but it does not work'. Afterwards, my friend told me this voucher may be bought by a fake credit card, but he is not sure.
Will I get into any trouble because I said it was me tried to use the card? But I did not know that till my friend tells me.
NEXT said they will phone me back tomoro.

wll let this be a lesson to not step up and say you have done something that you didnt. you could get yourself in to a lot of troublemadmitting to something illegal. Its easy to admit to something but once you have taken the blame, it is very hard to untake the blame if you follow me. The chances are your not going to be in trouble, but dont completely forget about this.
First thing to do is extract yourself from the situation your 'friend' got you into.
When Next phone back, either don't answer or say 'he's not here, he'll be back in a couple of hours'. Next have no incentive to chase down a defective voucher - they make more profit if the voucher's rare not used.
You won't get into trouble over this; unless you continue to hang around with 'friends' who try to get their mates involved in a dodgy credit card/voucher scheme.
If that carries on, you're going to get into big trouble.
the voucher would be ok nomatter how is was bought even with a fake credit card so i dont quite understand. The voucher is still real.. but they maybe able to trace the payment to the fake card.
if you didnt know at the time then you didnt do anything wrong. just see what they say tomorrow. Are you sure it isnt a wind up
