This is a question for all you computer smart people. What does the Intel r 82865g graphics controller do to my computer? Is it good? Bad? If bad what should i fo about it

It is your Graphics and Memory Controller Hub ... your computer won't run without it. There is nothing you can change without replacing the entire motherboard.
Edit: It isn't a video card, it is your video controller. Your added Nvidia video card is fine.
It's your grafx card, don't remove or uninstall it. It's good.
