First Foot Tattoo ....in so much PAIN!!!!?
Ok so i have 4 tattoo's and 2 days ago i got my 5th one on my foot, ive heard that it hurt but getting it wasn't the part that hurt its afterwards. My foot is swollen and i can hardly move my toes. I get sharp pains and burning in my foot. Is this normal? And how can i get the swelling to go down? Ive been losing sleep because it hurts no matter how i place it. Ive been having to take nightquill just to fall asleep.

I would go back to the studio if I were you just to be on the safe side that the swelling and pain is normal as it could be infected etc.
There are tattoo creams you can buy from local shops and chemists to sooth the stinging as foot tattoos do hurt a lot more than tattoos on your hip or leg etc.
I have each toes performed! I did my left foot and swore I might certainly not do it once more, then like 2 years latter i used to be all hi there shall we positioned a bow at the different one too! When he began on it I was once might have kicked myself I had forgotten the agony, I bet that is why agony is best transitority. I have 6 thus far, Both toes, hip shoulder 2 on again neck. I have an appointment for my different shoulder performed and a canopy up performed. I have a layout for my wrist however I was once afraid it might harm an excessive amount of that is do not have wrists performed but!
I'm pretty sure that much swelling is not normal. I don't think the pain your describing is normal either. If this isn't consistent with how you healed with your other tattoos, I would have it looked at by a medical professional or at least seek advice from your tattooist.
