So im 18weeks pregnant. yesterday i had my ultrasound. the tech seen three little white lines(very clear). She said she rather wait until 20weeks but since mine was schedule early she could only say 90% chance its a girl. Then went on to say "if ita a little boy he will he very embarrassed in the lockor room" lol. I been looking up google images of little girls and I'm pretty confident its a girl. My question is moms of boys or girls how clear was is? What did u see exactly and when did u find out? Thanks

The external sex organs start to develop at 11 weeks. At my 12 week 6 day scan with a transvaginal US we could very plainly see the 3 lines. The dr freeze framed and took a pic, then printed it for us. It was very clear. Over the belly sonograms are darker and more fuzzy, but if you saw the lines I'm sure it's a girl. We didn't buy anything until a few US's later.
At 28 weeks we were told it was a girl.
at 33 weeks we found boy parts and no sign of feminine parts anywhere.
they told me at that appointment "if it looks to be a boy you can be sure ita a boy. if it looks to be a girl you might be in for a surprise."
