Generally nintendo ds games cost about 50 dollars. But it depend if its new or popular, then it of course will be expensive. Also, if its old and not so popular, it will cheaper like about 30 dollars or sometimes even 15 dollars.
When they are first released they are generally $29.99. Some of the first party Nintendo titles, such as Pokemon, release at $34.99. I've seen one or two release at $39.99. Anyway, they generally start to fall after a few months unless they happen to be popular. I think Pokemon Emerald still sells for $34.99 and it's been out for over a year. You can also find them used. The store I work at sells used DS games ranging from $7.99 all the way up to $24.99. Hope that helps.
Umm, I have no idea where these people who said $50 have been shopping. . . but DS games cost somewhere between $19.99 (for Cooking Mama, Brain Age, etc.) to $34.99 (for New Super Mario Bros., Super Princess Peach, etc.). A common price point in between in $29.99. I have never seen a game go for more than $34.99, unless it was a rare game being sold online.
I also work at a major game retailer. . . and own a DS. ^_^
jlee, i beg to differ. I PRE-ORDERED Pokemon Diamond and Pearl and ended up with a whopping $60 price tag for both. $30 maximum, even for most new games.
