I would like to see Bailey as Cheif Resident. She deserves it and she would keep everyone on their toes. That is so sexist not to give her the job because she is a mother. If she wants the job, that is HER decision to apply for it. The Cheif shouldn't be basing the decision around a person's personal life. He should have made a PROFESSIONAL decision. Obviously, someone like Burke, Derek, or Bailey is much more qualified than Callie.

This show has gotten so poor lately. I really hope next season improves. If not, I don't know if I will be watching...

I too am pro Izzie but I don't see this being a soon to be dealt with problem.

Izzie may be pregnant and that would cause a problem.

Callie could become pregnant and that would cost her the title of chief resident because she would need to go on maternity leave.

George's transfer is kaput, so either he gets another chance to take the exam or the make an allowance or the make him retake his internship but there is no way he gets to go.

As for Meredith and Derek the thing you need to look out for is Lexie, her socalled sister who hit on Derek in the bar that night and spoke to George that day but whose mother, Susan, was the woman Thatcher blames Meredith for killing in that very same hospital. I smell revenge in the form of a brunette intern with hopes of breaking them up. I wonder how she ever got accepted especially since she is so much younger than Meredith. And I am not even sure thatcher is Meredith's father. I am still rooting for Richard to be her real father.

I think George and Callie are going to be fine. They are tring to have a baby. I hope that Derrik helps Meredith threw this. I was so upset that Burke did not marry Christine. I cried. Even though I think that was for the best it still broke my heart. I am hoping that Derrek does not start a relationship with Meredith's step sister. Another Gray woman in the hospital....way to many now.....

the only think that kept me thinking form the season finale was that merediths sister was the one that hit on derek in the bar and now she's interning in the hospital?? i think that should be interesting next season considering that she doesn't even know she's meredith's sister.

i hope so too, i didnt like her either. she doesnt fit in with the rest of them. izzie is way better your right. im getting sick of this show though, this last season wasnt very good, and the finale was pretty bad i thought. alot of buildup and really not much happened. the whole wedding was stupid, idk, it was better last year, they are trying to get too much drama in it now.
