Ok so I'm starting girls high school soccer soon I'm going into 9th grade , I wanna know what I can do to prepare I'm gonna start running every other day tomorrow , but what else, and is high school soccer a lot different than middle school . I played 7th and 8th grade I wasn't the worsen but I wasn't the best either . I was right defender is 7th then right middle field in 8th. What can I do to be a better player. I have horrible aim. And I'm not that fast but I can run for a while .

Instead of running every other day, run everyday. Run at least 3-5 miles everday Stamina is necessary but you won't start if you're slow in the first place, work on your mile time and your ball control so your progress will match your dribbling. Work on your crossing too.
Remember getting better at soccer requires you to work hard and work smart. If you want to put the effort that is needed you will be a better player.
