So I just recently got braces about a week ago and I got the clear ceramic braces. and my teeth appear very yellow in comparison to the ceramic braces. upon closer inspection, i found out that it was the glue that was making my teeth appear yellow. the glue must have spread when the braces were placed on them. the glue is a clear yellowish color and it covers almost the entire upper half of my front teeth. it looks really bad. is there any way to remove the excess glue around my teeth at home that is safe and cheap? thanks :)

if its a large variety of glue once you bypass decrease back next time to the orthodontist you could ask then to the contact it up and clean up the realm. It wont reason any damage besides the undeniable fact that or perhaps as the braces come off they are going to eliminate each and each and every of the glue. The glue gained't come off with brushing that is to sturdy.
The glue needs to cover some of your teeth so your braces are sterdy for chewing things like toast crusts and apples (which you aren't actually suppposed to chew, but everyone does!) so don't try too hard to remove it. I would suggest asking your orthodontist becuase the glue shouldn't cover that much, it sounds like they were put on badly... and it shouldn't be yellow, mine's clear- whitish.
I don't know of any do it yourself remedies for that, but I'd recommend calling your orthodontist about the situation. They may have you drop in, and it might be an easy fix, you never know.
