Check out Ben and Jerry's Gluten and dairy free ice cream. Delicious! You can make an ice cream cake using a gf/df mix and topping it with the ice cream.
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine apples, lemon juice, and vanilla. Toss to combine.
Layer sliced apples in a 9 x 12-inch (or approximately the same size) baking pan. (108 sq. in.)
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and oatmeal in a bowl. Cut in the butter with a pastry cutter or two forks. Sprinkle sugar mixture over apples, covering as much as you can.
Bake 45 minutes or until topping looks crunchy and apples are tender.
There are lots of flourless cake recipes out there (not sure if you consider eggs dairy or not).
Fruit crisps or crunches...you can use almond flour/coconut flour for the crust and something like oatmeal, coconut oil and brown sugar for the top. Probably lots of recipes out there...
You might Google for paleo desserts...they're usually no gluten and often no dairy.
