Good CyberPower Gaming Desktop Build?

I'm not that much of a tech-savvy but I found it better to just customize and let the company??? put it together. I will in NO CIRCUMSTANCES build a computer by myself. (No matter how much you convince me I will not do it)

Is this alright? (it's at $1410 ish, so if there is any way to make it cheaper it'd be much appreciated, I was planning to make the budget around 1200/ with monitor and everything but now idk if that's possible)

Also, not sure if I should swap the video card that I placed with the GTX 660 3gb (is that the TI? I'm not sure if they're the same thing)

Some games that I'd like to play on the comp. are Bioshock Infinite/League of Legends (that kinda thing)

Also is the a difference between win7 professional and win7 home premium?
