Tommorow my nephew has his court date for his grand larceny charge. he stole $220 from his job over 3 months. With out a doubt his mom is making him pay that back. But also his lawyer said he should write a apology letter when the judge asked him if he has anything to say?. what should this letter consist of? thank you

I hope this works out for him, he is to young and intelligent even though what he did was plain stupid, to have a felony on his record at only 18 yrs old.
