I recently dropped my hamster by accident head first into the side of hard wood, and I think it hit her eye, I know I should've been more careful and I regret doing it and will take any form of punishment, I'm just more worried about my hamster now, I really love her and I don't want her to die.
When she was on the ground she just laid there with her legs out, and her eye was a little pink at the top and her whole eye is blackish-red, and its normally black. She is a Russian Syrian Female Hamster.
Please help!
Update:Also, her eye is alot bigger than the other.
Thank you for your support everyone!

it may have head trauma. you should take it too the vet. just visiting the vet will be about $30. It would cost more for tests and such.
I once had a hamster (died from age) who was hit in the head by my dog and his legs were paralyzed. I loved him so much that I took him to the vet, and he diagnosed his paralization as permanent. (He was rude and said "it doesn't matter. it's only a lab rat anyway.") So in other words, make sure your vet cares about rodents. They know better how to treat them anyway.
I think the strange position from the fall was due to shock. The discoloration could be a hamster-like black eye, but that is what you need to check out. Her eye is most likely suffering from being damaged.
Awh poor thing! its okay you didnt mean to but if you want her to be okay you should take her to the vet asap so shes safe.
