Hey!
For a few weeks now I keep getting headaches at my right temple and every so often it would jump to my left temple, but even if I take some paracetamol, it will still be there. But today in school I was changing classes and I had to hold onto to the wall because my head was spinning and I couldn't walk properly, even when I sit down everything is still spinning around me and I still have the headaches...but what could this be from?? I don't want to go to the doctors just in case its nothing serious.

Sugar can cause headaches and dizziness. See items 71 and 88 in http://www.rheumatic.org/sugar.htm .
There are a number of things it could be. Blood pressure problems, or diabetes, or even being dehydrated (are you drinking water?) can make you dizzy. It could even be an inner ear problem that is affecting your balance. Migraines also can cause dizziness.
Make an appointment with your doc and make sure you tell him/her about this. They can run tests and help diagnose this for you. Good Luck! :)
PS-Don't skip meals either. This can affect blood sugar and you can get dizzy.
That is how my multiple sclerosis started.
