I'm not pregnant, so what other possibilities could it be? I was told it could be migraines but I've taken migraine medicine but they don't seem to work. Out of nowhere, I'll get a sudden feeling of dizziness and light headed and I'll become really sensitive to light. At times, I'll feel like I have to throw up, but I don't. It's been happening to me for a few years now. What could it be? Lately, it's happened everyday and it seems to be getting worse. Thank you for your help. =]
Update:my doctor just says it's headaches and tells me to take motrin.. -_- not a good doctor eh? i stay hydrated through the day. thanks for your help though =]

I had something like that a few years ago but now I don't. I'm pretty sure you are very dehydrated. If you drink plenty of water it might help (around 8 glasses per day) I had a hard time admitting that was my issue, but in the end, I was wrong. I'm completely okay now. This maybe your case or not. Good Luck though...
And--what does your doctor say. Sounds like you need to ask him.
