So, for the past 12 years I have had constant headaches and migraines. I have seen countless doctors and specialists. None of the preventative medications or herbal remedies have helped. Physical therapy and massage therapy only works a little for a little while then the pain comes back in full force. Diet changes have never made a difference. The only things that has ever constantly helped are strong pain meds like Vicodin and Percocet which I hate taking and only take few and far between because I'm so scared of the addiction that so many people have to narcotics. The only things that the doctors have figured out is that it was a car accident that started it all. I got severe whiplash and developed TMJ. I guess my question is for anyone out there who has the same problem as me...How do you cope? Or for a doctor out there...Do you have any ideas that I might not have heard? And even if I could have heard them, I would love any suggestions, no matter how obvious. Sometimes the most obvious are the ones nobody thinks of. Thank you all for your time.

Don't wait for hunger to strike. EAT on time or a couple of minutes earlier. It enough amount of healthy food.Don't stress yourself. Enjoy life but do it moderately. Bath once a day, don't overdo it. If possible, always be on a well-ventilated environment. Avoid too much exposure to the sunlight. if you're fair-skinned then 5 minutes well do, 10 minutes is just the maximum for tanned-skinned.
