My dad has been missing for three weeks ( Harold Roy gepford) .you can Google it. He was on news 10... anyways I'm handing out flyers and trying to look for him. He has dementia and hasn't had his meds in 2 months. I'm wondering if he will know his name and were he's from? if someone was to find him, will he know how to tell them that he's lost? should I be looking into hospitals as well?
