I've started a new life style... Eating 2 hours before bed. Eating a lot of fruits. Drinking water rather than soda etc. Going outside more, [dodge ball, kickball, baseball, basketball, swimming, all with friends]. I haven't been seeing a lot of difference. I'm a guy15 and 5'7 150-154 [haven't checked in a while]. I have a big butt, flabby stomach that I want to loose. I want to look NEW by the start of this year. Its kinda embrassing letting this out like that. Is there any suggestions to improve so I can achieve my goal?

A couple simple ways to cut the calories and lose weight:
- Ask your parents to park further in parking lots so you have a walk into the store
- Use the stairs instead of elevators
- Use a site like sparkpeople.com to track calories
- Make sure you're eating enough, eating too little can hurt your metabolism. If you work out more, you need to eat more to compensate.
- Dedicate 30 minutes to doing cardio workout daily (running, etc)
- Make sure you get in your dairy products daily
- Make a goal of 2-3 servings of fruits and vegetables a day
- Cut down on junk food
- Drink at least 6 glasses of water daily
- Make a short 5 min workout (Just like sit ups, push ups, etc) for when you wake up and go to bed
- Get your sleep, when you sleep better, your body functions better
- Sleep on regular hours (don't stay up til 4am and sleep til 1pm)
It sounds like you're off to a great start though. It just takes time, so just relax a bit and try not to worry too much, it'll come off in time. Keep up the great work!
Eating 4 or even 5 smaller meals per day worked like magic for me. It sounds like you have adjusted your diet, so as long as you continue them being healthy choices, you could improve a lot. When you exercise you loose weight in the order of carbs -> fat-> protein. If you're gonna eat before you exercise eat protein because it is the last thing that will be worked off. So DONT eat any carbs before working out, you'll get nowhere.
I got all my information about 2 months ago (i was also trying to get more toned) from another Yahoo Answers user. Check out his indepth answer, he knows his stuff.

Weight loss for you shouldn't be an issue as you're hitting puberty and that flab is your bodies way of getting you ready to grow! (you need fat which stores energy to grow) You will grow out of it... Just have fun and play lots of sports and eat healthy! Your body will do the rest.
Don't hit the gym at your age... wait until you're at least 17 or else you'll stunt your growth!
diet: eat more fresh vegetables too. limit carbs and meat. DO NOT EAT CARBS 3 HOURS BEFORE YOU GO TO BED. it converts into fat. you can have anything else though.
excercise: Lift weights, Run more. do high intensity workouts, like plyometrics. make sure your sweating, and not just moving.
Try the Fat X workout program.
