Im 15, 5'0 and 113 pounds, i used to weigh 107 pounds. I used to dance 12 hours a week 2-3 times a week so i could pretty much eat whatever i wanted and not gain weight! But i quit dance back in may because i was sick of it. But since I quit, i've been eating the same and not exercising and i gained about 6 pounds. I really only gained it in my stomach, i kind of have a pudge now and my stomach used to be flat. What can i do to lose 5 pounds and flatten my stomach in 2 weeks??

stuff like crunches & 1 time i asked a trainer at the gym what the best thing 2 do 4 ur stomach is and she said lay down hold on 2 something like ur bed or bars and put ur feet 2gether & put ur feet up & down 20 times without letting it touch the floor...it really hurts but it works fast!!

okay, to get into shape , speed up your metabolism, rid yourself of excess fat and lose weight ,,,,,do as follows:
Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly)
eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)...(vegetables might not seem "tasty", like junk foods,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink water . If you eat meat ,,use only steamed, baking or grilled methods for preparing fish or chicken.
also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise.
* you should lose about 10 lbs per month
This isn't how to or anything but I'll like the EXACT same!! I want to lose like 5-10 lbs in 2 weeks :) Just thought I'd tell you lol
