If the cops get a call from someone and come to the place of a party can they get in? If no one opens the door and the doors are locked is there even a way for them to arrest everyone? If the windows are covered?

They will bust the door as they have probable cause then theyll order all they teenage criminals (everyone) to the ground at gun point and handcuff everyone
this relies upon.. in case you have been 21 and at a occasion with minors eating, you are able to desire to be charged with "furnishing alcohol to minors" whether you probably did it or no longer, and whether you have been eating or no longer. each and every from time to time, no questions asked. while you're underage and gave out alcohol to minors you are able to be charged with that. Now, if your a minor on the occasion no longer eating and not presenting any alcohol and it gets busted you technically won't be able to get in hardship, (as long as your no longer trespassing.) yet, some law enforcement officers wont pay attention to you once you tell them you haven't any longer been eating. if it rather is the case ask for a breathalyzer try so which you would be able to teach which you haven't any longer been eating.
If there's noise inside (and of course there's a lot of noise, it's a party, and someone called it in), and nobody answers any doors, the cops can make a reasonable assumption that someone is in distress inside... and in they come.
I have much experience in this department LOL
If you live in a college town, they will most likely just tell you to quiet down and say to give them no reason to come back.
If you are not in a college town, i would just keep the door closed and keep quiet, and turn off any party lights that could shine through the window for the rest of the night. However, I would imagine that a noise complaint is not enough to get a warrant to bust down the door.
Cops won't need to bust you, you'll **** up one day.
