How do you build your own base antenna ground plane (radials)?
I have a CB antenna that needs a ground plane, preferably radials since it's a mobile application. I cannot find any radials that I can buy, so is it possible to build your own?

For a portable antenna? I'd probably make them out of metallic thin-wall electrical conduit. Cheap, lightweight, and easy to work with.
