have a pvc pipe ran to an electrical outlet that i need to run a wire through but the person who built the outside bbq got some concrete stuck in it. we tried hooking a hose up to it and an air compressor to it and neither worked. next step, drain-o. any ideas?
Update:I can not run a new pvc pipe because it is ran under a built in bbq...i would have to demolish the whole bbq...which would be about a 6k loss. I will try the battery acid method thx guys

Cut it/ splice it/ re- bury it.

Looks like you are about to do some digging, since you did get some conduit into the pipe see if you can tell how far it went. Dig in that place (couple of feet in each direction, expose the pipe cut out the part that is stuck. You will need to cut the wires install new piece of pipe with connectors and splice the wires and cover the pipe again with dirt. A bit of work but probably better than running another pipe next to the one you already have. Don't forget to send a thank you note to the guy that did the wiring Good Luck with your project
Did you try a plumber's snake and snake it out? the concrete shouldn't form much of a bond to the PVC. Take a snake and ram it back an forth. Might do the trick. Good luck!
Obviously a gangster !
Try boiling water on the outside to soften the pipe, then hit the pipe with a huge lump of timber 2x4 " which will break the bond and maybe crack the cement.
Did you try hosing it out? if you did that then try this, using the raw edge of a hose, push it down the pvc pipe and jerk it back and forward pushing it out, or why not just dig down and cut that piece out and use a joiner to fit a new piece.
run a new pvc pipe
old batterie acid will break down the concrete, and am sure there are other products on the market
u need a shovel saw pipe and glue. dig it up and fix it. lol
steel fishtape, try it from both ends.....
