I just read that a young adult in their 20's passed away from West Nile where we live. It didn't say if they had health problems. How does this happen? I thought it was young children and older adults who were at greater risk. Now, I'm paranoid because I have tons of mosquito bites.

Some people are more susceptible to West Nile Virus than others, regardless of age. No one knows why, yet. Most people aren't much bothered by it, or get over it after a few weeks of headache and flu symptoms, but a few get very sick and some of them die.
I know what you mean I'm feeling the same way! I don't think people know enough about the virus yet to be able to tell. There isn't even a cure for it.
