i have a drug test in two days and i smoked 1 cigarette yesterday. i'm not even sure if the test will be testing for nicotine... but i'm still nervous. i'm not a regular smoker; i've smoked around 36 cigarettes over the course of a month, skipped a few days and smoked a lot on others. how long should the nicotine/tobacco/whatever stay in my system? would it be easy to flush out? i just bought a huge jug of cranberry juice, should i drink a lot of it to flush the nicotine out of my system?

It's not illegal to smoke cigarettes so what are you worried about? Unless you live in Singapore.
Nicotine only stays in your system for 24 hours. I doubt a drug test would even include nicotine.
you should drink more water, do physical exercise, and do mediation to solve your situation.
