I wouldn't worry about it to much. I was also around 7 weeks when i found out i was pregnant and I had been smoking and even drinking a little before I found out, and i quit immediately once I knew I was preggo. My son is now 5 years old and is completely healthy. Smoking when you're that early hardly ever does any damage. Sometimes people who smoke through their whole pregnancy their babies turn out fine.
