You could always wait until you move to Spokane. I live in Spokane right now (have been living here for the past year) and it hasn't rained or snowed in quite a while really. That kind of weather doesn't really come around until at least September. People around here shop at Costco, Cabelas, and other sporting goods stores for those kind of boots. Good luck.
