How much smoke causes damage?
I burnt a bag of popcorn in the kitchen (no flame) and when i opened the microwave i got a big puff of smoke in my face. 5 minutes later I went outside for 10-ish minutes im inside now, buty lungs kind of hurt. Am I ok?

You should be fine. You made the right call by going outside for a bit. if you continue to feel like this after 2 hours of so then i would seek medical attention
