It depends on how much and where you have gained. For me, most of it was baby bump. I gained a total of 35 lbs and lost about 16 lbs before leaving the hospital a couple of days later. They say bring clothes that you were wearing while you were 5-6 months pregnant. Your uterus hasn't shrunk down yet so I'd bring maternity clothes to wear home -- plus it will be more comfortable.
Gained 30. Lost 20 after start. Lost the opposite 10 inside two weeks. Breast feeding! Makes you drop some pounds! I misplaced a further three after nine weeks! Soo now I'm skinnier than earlier than being pregnant! Btw - My stomach went flat and outlined once more. No stretchmarks! I used Bio Oil!
How much did u gain? I gained 15. Started at 125 went to 140. And I'm 5'2. Mine was all bump too! But I weighed myself that night I had him & my weight was 132. My son weighed 6.2. & the next week I was back to 125 & flat tummy!. My son is now 4 weeks
Add. Plus I breastfed & pumped which makes ur uterus go back to normal faster...but I wore sweat pant and a tank top.
Doom the women under me explained it nicely. Lol "fluffyness" is exactly what I had for acouple days. lol that wording
You should wear loose, comfortable clothing and nothing that might be constricting,. You'll lose the weight of the baby and amniotic fluid and placenta, but you'll probably have a lot of swelling and you'll probably still have some "fluffiness" around your midsection.
