I would guess that they would check it as often as they receive notification that they have a voice mail message.

If they don't know that they have a message, then they might not check it.

However, with girls they are likely to check it often, even without notification, if they are expecting a call or think that they missed a call.

depends on the person...i usually see that i got a voicemail and if i haven't talked to the person yet, i'll check right away...if i have talked to the person, i put it off and when i get a new voicemail, i'll just here the first few sentences and just delete...hey i already spoke to the person...that's just me though.

I am a girl and I never check my voice mail. I prefer to call the person back first. I cannot stand pushing all the buttons and the time it takes to check messages. When it's easier to just call the person back in the first place to see what they wanted.

Everybody's different bud. You can't stereotype "girls" as to how often they check their voicemail.

in first place why do u want to know that? they check it like twice a day or even 4 times a day. they really like to check the mail especially wen they r bored that is wat i dothat is all i can tell u.♥
