I'm a senior in highschool and took some hard classes this year. The hardest one i have is ap english lit. We write papers EVERYDAY. i have serious trouble doing this. and my teacher always says i have the right idea, but my wording are always "fuzzy"... we read books that i dont even understand too! anyways, i know the "pay attention in class, do your homework and classwork, ask questions..." but what kind of habits should i get into to get good grades this year in all classes! its hard for me to bring myself to sit for hours a night to do homework. HELP. not adhd or anything..

best way is to listen to your teacher during class
If the books are difficult to read, you should definitely just read more. They don't have to be classics or anything, just read something that looks interesting. Once you start reading more, you'll get a better understanding of harder novels, plus your writing skills will increase as well. So I guess the short answer is to read more.
