how to stop hunger in school, or stomach?!?
so every morning i eat breakfast, and then i go to school. by the time its lunchtime i am STARVING. like a period before my stomach is growling sooo loud, and its embaressing..does anyone either know how i cannot be hungry, or how to stop my stomach from growling
i also have no time to eat in class or in between.
Update:issac, im not fat! i dont need to lose weight, i just get hungry

What i do is take a snack like a granola bar or small yogurt with me and i go in the bathroom and eat it real quick. Just during one of your classes ask to go to the bathroom and then eat it real quick.
I was going to say take a snack with you and just eat during class.

well i don't really know how to answer that one. ;)
When I was studying, my friend used to have big bottle of liquid ( water , milk , juice) and when she gets hungry she just drinks it in class. Don't know if other universities allow it but our professor was tolerant. He have his own bottled water with him.
