I don't have the time to analyze your funds, but my default fund that I have always liked for 20+ year terms and when dollar cost averaging each month is S&P 500 Index.
Thus, Vanguard 500 Index (VFINX), seems fine.
As for stocks, I don't make recommendations here either. And to do an analysis on them would take a lot of time. Don't have that time for Y!A purposes. This is a free site.
I would avoid owning any penny stocks such as:
Aeterna Zentaris Inc. (AEZS). This company is losing more money than the stock is currently worth.
You had also left out age, income, overall financial situation, debt, goals, risk tolerances, dependents, etc., all necessary to determine whether such investments are suitable for you (SEC Rule 405).
My suggestion is if you are looking for professional advice, I would seek an advisor with 15+ years market experience.
