hurt my hand last night...?
ok well last night, i hit my hand on the door knob,the hand i hit has been broken before, and had to have a k-wire put into it, my hand has no swolen up at all and is not bruised.. but is quite painful..
what do you think i should do?

Update:kelly, but its not swolen or bruised, if it was broke it would swell and bruise.. ?

In my opinion, you should put some ice on it. If you have an ice pack rap it up in a cloth and put it on your hand. Then you should put your hand on a pillow and relax it....I just wouldn't use it that much. Good luck, hope it gets better (:
well since you have broken it before i suggest you go get an x-ray. cause i have done that before and it was really painful but mine just lasted about 5 minutes! so since it still hurts i would go to the doctor!
