I don't understand them. I've never really interacted with them.
Their makeup, their fashion obsession, their weight obsessions, their cliques, their cattiness, their promiscuity (in some), their timidity (in others), their vanity. I don't understand them.
Part of me hates them and resents them.
I don't like it when they have opinions. I'm starting to hate everything about them. I've even tried, and am still attempting to become gay simply because I have such a strong aversion to them.
How did I end up like this? What should I do?

A lot of gay guys act like these girls you're outlining. So doesn't sound like the answer.
I think you should just keep in mind everything a woman is doing is to attract the dominant male with which to have the best possible seed for a child. Its their most base instinct, and the only thing on their minds when doing anything.
You understand that she is in most cases attracted to your physique, however not your intellect. She does not need a relationship on the grounds that she's just not that into you. Someway you received the roles reversed, most commonly its the fellow utilising the woman for sex, and now not looking more. I'd say discontinue complaining and enjoy it. Don't forget she is making use of you. As quickly as a man she likes comes alongside, you will be kicked to the curb. You are a placeholder. I say reduce her off and transfer on.
Not all girls are like that. And what's wrong with another human being having an opinion? You clearly have opinions.
Did you have parent issues as a child? Were/Are you bullied by girls?
You should try to realize that girls and women are human beings as well and deserve some amount of respect, just like you would give to any boy or man. Only you can change yourself.
I think you need to stay out of the sandbox when the girls are playing in it.
We are not all like what you have described and second i have gay guy friends who would be totally insulted to hear you confess such a negative portrayal of women, honey when they themselves love the idea of being like a lady with all the thrills of drama-hood.
Shame on you!
Feminism is at fault for some of those things.
I say just live your life. If at some point you decide you want to give women a second chance, then go for it.
But whatever you, don't get married. It's a trap.

Dude, not all girls are that shallow.
