I have a sidekick and the side kick plan is like 30$ you can access any website that you could on a computer so you can login to other email accounts you will be given a email account that is linked to your phone is you want to get picture messages you friends will have to send them to that email address I hated it as to I couldnt see video messages or audio messages I ended up giving it to my husband and going back to my slider phone it is a lot fast for text messages but you have to use 2 hands to send a message with the side kick plan you get unlimited internet access unlimited text messages unlimited email buying a side kick for me was a big waste of money I would recommend something else honestly

I've had my sidekick 2008 for almost a month and I love it any who yes you will be able to have unlimited texting

And yes you need the plan for your contact info. To be stored even if they're on your sim card.. I didn't have the plan for like a week and everytime I turned my phone off and then back on all my contacts would be gone

The plan is 20 dollars

And yes you can have other email besides t-mobile mail....no you can't access it without the plan...

You need the plan for internet ,storage,ringtones,

Games ,all that good stuff

Btw yes you need it for myfaves to work
