How hot was it? Was it raw when you cooked it or was it already cooked and just heating up? If it was already cooked, no problem. Most bratwursts are already cooked. If it was raw (it would be mushy to the touch), then it would have to get to 137 degrees in the middle for about ten minutes to be safe, but that doesn't mean that it wouldn't be safe if it didn't get there, it just means that if it had enough bacteria, then you may get sick, probably not too bad.
